I really like the idea of these lights. One of the two that I purchased works as advertised, while the motion detection on the other stopped working after only two days. I'm reluctant to buy any more because I'm not confident that they will work properly.The glue is not strong enough.So according to the instructions, the light sensor will only turn the light on if it detects human. Because it is using the "human body induction" body thermal infrared.I brought this two light pack, and have installed this in the door way where it is too dark and rather than fumbling for light switch it will just turn on when we open the door and enters.Now, it keeps turning on by itself. Even when no one is near it. So I thought maybe one of the light is too eager to turn on. So I swap it with the second one. Same thing, though it's a little bit more tamer than the first one. But still turns itself on when no one is near it.Wife definitely wasn't thrilled when I joked maybe there is a ?. Now I just need a sofa so I can review it while I sleep in the living room...5/23/22 updateI noticed that these lights now holds a lot less charge having to almost change every day. When charging the light turns green, but when you touch it again it turns red. So the charge indicator isn't correct.It continues to turn itself on when no one is around.Hope the developers read this and take into account for the next version.It’s okay to like it. I’m not disappointed.Design is great but the usb to recharge the lithium battery did not come with the light and the usb portal is different than a standard android usb charger so now I am stuck researching what type of usb to buy to recharge it.Was not happy with it. It would turn on by just walking by, and the while using it, it would just turn off. The adhesive did not wit all that well either. It fell down three Duffy times. They are so versatile and easy to use. You can stick them just about anywhere. I put one in my pantry and in a couple of kitchen cabinets and under the sink. The fact that they are motion sensitive - they come on when they sense movement - makes them seem more expensive than they are. They look like you spent a lot of money installing expensive wired in lighting. Okay, enough bragging. The lights are about 11 inches long. They come with a charger that is really easy to use (just like a phone charger) and charges quickly, but it doesn't come with the wall plug, just the cord. The lights hold a charge for a long time. I'm pretty sure the one in my pantry has lasted more than 3 weeks before it needed to be charged again, and the pantry door gets opened and closed a lot.The lights come on when they sense movement and then turn off after about 5 minutes. You can set the lights for automatic (comes on with movement), constantly ON or constantly OFF. The lights themselves are magnetic. They come with a metal "plate" to install with foam sticky tape. Once you have them installed the light just clicks right in to the metal plate. The set comes with two extra plates - I'm no sure why, but maybe in case you want to move the light later you'll have a new sticky plate to stick on the surface you're installing it on.
