Installation was a little easier because these were replacements for our trailer. My husband replaced some of the wiring and used the wires provided for installation. The lights are brighter and cleaner than what was there. What we like about the lights is they are longer, brighter are more visible. These are a great replacement. The trailer lights that were on were much shorter. After installation we took the trailer out on a dark country road (a normal drive for us) to see how well they really work. I drove behind the trailer. The lights were really bright and easy to see. We would definitely recommend these lights!!
