I have to say that it's an amazing thing to gift anyone .this light works surprisingly well for the price! the light sensor works really well. the light only turns on when its dark, and the light gets brighter when the surrounding gets darker. so in kinda dark settings, its just a dim light. its actually quite bright at night so its a good nightlight for hallways. i cant keep it in my room because I cant fall asleep with the light on. also, the color changing is such a nice touch. love it!! would fill every outlet with thisvery cute low- light addition to a hallway or bathroom. more mood lighting than being a bright nightlight.I expected these to be kind of “cheap” looking when I purchased them, but I bought them based on a review I read. They are perfect!! They give off just enough light. The only thing I would love is if you could change the color. The center light is red and does not really go with the two softer colors. I love them though and have them in four rooms in my house. I definitely recommend these little lights if you are looking for something soft and not blinding when you walk down the hall at 3 a.m.These are very cute. As a novelty, they are perfect. As an actual night light, they could, and probably should, be much brighter. I can’t complain about them though because they weren’t very expensive at all. I recommend this if you are buying for the look, but don’t recommend if you want it to actually be a useful nightlight.
