This was even better than I was expecting and everything fit together like a well engineered product. I'm not sure what the reviews are talking about as far as things not fitting. If something doesn't fit, try the other way, the parts are directional and so are the tires...make sure you have them rotating the right way.I requested the larger 12mm coupler for my eBike and it's a match, you need to email/message the seller to request it after measuring your axle bolt size. I HIGHLY recommend you consult with a bicycle shop if you're new to trailers and hooking them up to keep you and your pet safe. You need to make sure everything is installed and assembled correctly and be mindful that you're pulling a trailer with a small two wheeled vehicle, you can't just whip turns at 30mph and stop on a dime anymore.
