We were hit of the neighborhood. Everyone loved these lights.We're looking forward to using these in our trees for the upcoming holiday season. We plugged them in right away and our children love them. They are all in sync and cascade at different times which looks so cool. The one thing to be aware of the manufacturer recommends not linking more than two sets together.I wish that the power unit was in a sealed box or something, looks kind of weak. I had to buy a weather proofing box to protect the power unit. The lights work great and are fairly sturdy.Value for moneyWe were the hit of the neighborhood! We added small red lights with them, I like red and white as in a candy cane. A bit pricey but WOW we loved loved them! When it was time to take them down, they were also easy to store! 5 stars!If I could have given these a zero, I would have. I did not even want to send them back as I was so disgusted. My husband tried everything to get them to work. Looks like they must have been out and sitting for a long. We threw them in the trash and went to the nearest store to buy some lights.
