These lights look pretty good when lit up, however they are very basic. For the cost, this is acceptable. I would not have objected to a higher cost if they included a remote and an ability to dim it because it can be pretty bright up close. The 10 foot length makes it useful for a variety of applications, though a much longer option would have been great for me to apply this to the perimeter of a ceiling.
