These are fantastic, really slim. I like that they are magnetic. They are very bright and adds just enough light while preparing food. I love that they come on when I enter the room at night.Solid aluminum build and great battery life. I have tried other motion sensor battery lights and lots of designs but these actually work. Easy magnetic strip has strong grip and makes it easy to put them almost anywhere and they are easy to charge. The battery life is great. In most locations they will last weeks or months. They are also make great work lights since they are magnetic.Don't have to take it down and up to recharge it.These lights are a little more upscale than a previous pair. The off/on functions fade smoothly.I looked for 6 years for a GOOD light for my range. The one under the microwave just wasn’t doing what I needed. This light does all I need and best of all is that it has a magnetic back and no installation needed. Light is bright. I highly recommend this. Oh, and it’s rechargeable with a standard cable chord that comes included.It is wonderful to have lights under the cabinets so I can see and don’t have to worry about turning them offI love this light. It is bright and gives out a bright light. It is great for stairway to my basement.I love that the lights were easy to install and the brightness.I was very pleased with my purchase. The light is very well engineered, and performs exactly as described. I installed it above our kitchen sink. It provides a nice bright light when working there, or as extra lighting when walking by. Installation was very easy and took about five to six minutes. The fact that the recharging is by USB cable (included) makes the recharge very easy, no more changing batteries. I have only recharged the 3.7Volt Lithium battery once, and was a simple procedure, simply plug it in to a charger and leave it overnight. Since it has a magnetized mounting, it can easily be taken down and used as a temporary light source for other projects. I would highly recommend this product. My deciding features were, 78 LED’s, USB charging, magnetic strip mounting, and bright lighting.I already have 2 of a similar light and this one is much the same and works fine as an occasional light in a closet or bathroom. It's not meant to run continuously for hours. Charging is simple with a red/green light. The issue I had was there seemed to be missing magnets inside it. There were magnets near each end but none in the middle. It therefore only stuck to one end of the supplied metal bar at a time. In my other lights, there's 4 magnets, two near the middle. This must be a manufacturing error in this unit but I worked around it by cutting the metal bar (not the light) in half and mounting the two pieces farther apart and it works.UPDATE:I've had this unit since October and lowering my review to 2 stars from 4 stars.The reason is that it doesn't keep its charge for more that about 6-8 hours of use (i.e. when the light is on). It dims a lot after that. Even my iPhone has better battery life.PREVIOUS REVIEWS BELOW:This is a decent unit. The magnetic metallic bar that the unit attached to is very strong, and the adhesive strips provided are really good.My only complaint is that it should be about 30% brighter. Good price and the unit is well put together.I purchased two of these one for my closet and one for the kitchen. The magnets on these lights are strong and the motion sensor works well for me. Brightness is fine for my needs. I can find my clothes easily and make my coffee etc in the kitchen. I like the convenience of a rechargeable battery as I don’t have to run a cord and place it where I like. It is compact and does not look or feel cheap. Time will tell how it stands up.
