Fall is my favorite time of year! I purchased these a while ago and I’m on my second season using them. They have kept well. The lights work well and the leaves are bright and multi colored to imitate fall foliage. I use the garlands outdoors, over my fireplace and to decorate the patio. They are waterproof and Ive had no electrical shorts with the batteries or tangled wire issues that would make me hesitate from using them year after year. After the occasional Fall rainstorm, I do have to spray them down with a hose to get the debris off. The material allows the dirt to roll off with water. So glad that I don’t have to take them down.DecorationsOnly one strand of lights workedThese lights are super cute fall decor. They work well in places like above cabinets or on a mantle. They have a soft warm glow that really sets the fall mood. The only issue I have with them is that they take 3 AA batteries each, and the lights don't stay bright very long. I have a habit of putting things like this up high and just leaving them on. After a few days the lights are very dim and I'm out 12 batteries.I ordered the 8 Mode 4 Pack. That turned out to be 4 complete strings of 20 LED's, 4 remote controls and 4 battery case/controllers. Each one is just enough length to decorate a single window (see photo). To get the all 80 LED's working, you will need 12 AA batteries (3x per 20 LED string). I do appreciate that these use standard AA batteries and not AAA or something with less energy density.That said, I do love the way these lights look and can’t wait to decorate my living room with them this fall. They look great and I like all the options and the remote. I was thinking they would be a little longer, but that is on me I didn’t measure correctly. I can use one at each window but will need to rest the battery box halfway down the window on the ledge.Great for the price point. There are 4 different strands, that have 4 different remotes which enables you to use in different locations.Lots of options when it comes to flashing, glowing, etc.These are very cute and all the lights worked. 8 modes is kind of overkill!Great Halloween lights will purchase again.Different options for the lightningWorth the value of moneyRequires AA batteries
